Why do you have a slow metabolism Maudie? Do you truly have hormonal issues (and for those of you reading this, I'm not asking whether she has PMS) or do you just assume you have a slow metabolism because it's *tough* to lose weight?

Often times people think they have a slow metabolism but in reality it's because they're devoting time and energy to ineffective types of exercise (too easy) or aren't eating correctly (which is so much more than just "monitoring calories").

If you need help or have any questions, shoot me an email and I would be glad to help out any way I can.
