Wednesday Workout

Man oh man today’s workout was NICE!

I haven’t updated you on my workouts for the last week or so, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t worked out.  I’ve just been swamped with work and haven’t had the opportunity to share with you.

But thanks for my 15 minute workouts, 10 minute workouts and 4 minute workouts I’ve been able to get in some killer workouts.

As I told you yesterday I’m trying to put on some muscle mass so my workouts have changed slightly, although not much.  The biggest change between fat loss workouts and muscle gain workouts is the nutrition.  The workouts aren’t all that much different.

I’m just eating like it’s my last day on earth in an effort to get some muscle…but that doesn’t mean I eat whatever I want.  I still eat healthy, quality foods, just a lot of them!

Anyway, here’s my workout for the day:

1A)  Barbell Squat – 4 x 8
1B)  DB Shoulder Press – 4 x 8

2A)  Bench Press – 4 x 6
2B)  Romanian Deadlift – 4 x 6

3A)  Weighted “T” Push-up – 4 x 10
3B)  DB Row – 4 x 10

Then I finished it up with a 4 minute arms only workout consisting of triceps extensions and bicep curls.

Man it felt awesome!

Tomorrow I’m filming a bunch of videos so I don’t think I’ll do much of a cardio workout given that filming videos is a workout in and of itself.
