Today’s workout was a full body workout, but most of the focus was on chest presses and shoulder work.
I’m working out again tomorrow so I needed to make sure I worked different areas of the body in different ways on both days.
Tomorrow will focus more on the “back side” of my body.
I’m sure you don’t really care why, just know that you shouldn’t work the same muscle groups two days in a row intensely…usually.
Anyway here’s my workout.
1A) Bench Press – 5 x 8
1B) Squat – 5 x 8
2A) Push Press – 4 x 10
2B) Pistol Squat – 4 x 6
3A) Incline DB Chest Press – 3 x 12
3B) Fast Bodyweight Squat – 3 x 20
3C) Arnold Press – 3 x 12
4) 4 minute workout consisting of push-up variations and squats
Good workout. My arms feel a little shaky which is always a good sign.
