Quick Diet And Exercise Tip
I don’t like working out with other people. That’s not totally true because if I have a workout buddy, I generally work harder BUT I don’t like working out in gyms and I sure as hell don’t like it when people walk into my studio while I’m doing a workout.
Mostly because I don’t want to try and have a conversation with a potential client…or crappy salesperson, while I’m sweaty and panting.
It makes me grumpy.
However, today while I was working out my “water man” stopped by to drop off some water jugs and we struck up a little conversation because he looked like he had lost weight and given that this is the time of year most folks GAIN weight, I wanted to see what he’s been doing over the past couple months to get rid of that blubber.
