That’s how you make this arms workout effective and really crank up the muscle building and strengthening or the arms and shoulders.
This arms workout is kinda like icing on a cake (I’m sorry for using that tired comparison, but it fits). The 10-minute workout is the cake and this arms workout is the topping that finishes it all off. If you eat the icing by itself, you just get a sugar-high and make a mess, but when combined with the cake…you have an awesome dessert.
