Here’s a quick Abs Workout that’s designed to be done after your 10 minute workout.
I can’t stress this enough – this workout isn’t meant to be done by itself, it’s meant to be done after your regular 10 minute workout.
That’s how you make this abs workout effective and really crank up the fat burning and strengthen the abs and core.
It’s a full body abs workout and only uses 2 exercises, but after a few minutes, you’ll understand why I only used 2 exercises because it’s tough.
Your abs should be feeling pretty good after this puppy!
