The &quot;T&quot; Push-ups are a little tough, I understand that. I do want you to give them a try before you say you can&#039;t do them.  You might surprise yourself with how easily you can do them.

If you can&#039;t do a full &quot;T&quot;, do a half T, like I show in the video.  Otherwise do an easier version, but still a more difficult version than &quot;regular&quot; push-ups.  Do something like Medicine Ball Push-ups, Push-up with a Hand Raise, Decline Push-ups, etc.
