Fast Fat Loss Workout In 10 Minutes

fitdadTVAnother day, another fast fat loss workout video for you.

This one is a 3-exercise, 10-minute circuit workout that uses dumbbell exercises and your own bodyweight.

It works your entire body, and even though there are no “direct” abs exercises like planks, crunches, plank extensions, etc. it still puts a lot of emphasis on the core and abs – plus virtually every muscle in your entire body.

It’s another amazingly simple workout that is very, very effective.

Give it a watch and try by clicking below:

Remember, the key to any fat loss workout, whether it be 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes is to make sure you work hard and keep the intensity levels up.  You have to work hard if you want your workout to work…You gotta work the workout.

Have an awesome day!

Ed

    I can’t do the Ts…what should i do instead?

By the way, i’m getting great results with the free workouts you give out. they’re relatively easy to do and don’t take any time at all. thanks fit dad!

    Thanks Mike and Sandy!

The “T” Push-ups are a little tough, I understand that. I do want you to give them a try before you say you can’t do them. You might surprise yourself with how easily you can do them.

If you can’t do a full “T”, do a half T, like I show in the video. Otherwise do an easier version, but still a more difficult version than “regular” push-ups. Do something like Medicine Ball Push-ups, Push-up with a Hand Raise, Decline Push-ups, etc.

Keep working hard guys! You’re doing awesome!
