Fast Fat Loss Cardio Workout Using Your Bodyweight
I made a quick 10-minute workout video for you last week that’s ridiculously simple.
There are only 3 exercises and they’re all very “basic” movements.
Nothing fancy.
Nothing too advanced.
Nothing that will leave you saying, “I can’t do that.”
Yet after saying all that, it’s still very effective.
Sometimes the best and most effective workouts are the most basic and that’s why I made this workout so simple.
I want you to see that you don’t need any fancy equipment, fancy exercises (although I’ve got plenty I can give you) or lots of time…just a basic workout can give you very good results.
Just make sure you keep your form perfect and work hard. That’s all I ever ask with these 10-minute workouts – work hard.

One of the best things about this workout is that it’s bodyweight only and can be done literally anywhere.

P.S. – Another reason I made workout is to give you an easy alternative to traditional cardio workouts. Too often people think that to lose weight you have to run, bike, or use a cardio machine when it’s simply not true. This workout is more effective than those types of exercise – and it works your entire body rather than just your legs, which is a problem with most cardio workouts.

what is the best time of day to do this workout? i want to loose weight but want to know when is the best time to exercise.

Samantha – The best time to workout is whenever you can fit it in. There is no magical time of day. If you can workout in the morning, do your fat loss workout in the morning. If evening is better, do it then…just make sure you do the workout.
