Thought I’d give you a few workout videos today.

Below, you’ll find a 10-minute workout video that works the whole body, plus gets huffing and puffing because of a couple full body exercises – if you do it right, there’s no need to do cardio because the cardio is built right into this workout.

That’s one of the cool things about these 10-minute workouts I make for you.  Not only are they great for weight loss and getting your superhero body, but most of them can “count” as a cardio workout because of the intensity level.

The condition is you have to do the workouts properly in order to “count” them as cardio.  You can’t just go through the motions and expect to see any results.

You have to crank up the intensity and work hard – it’s only 10 minutes…you can work hard for 10 minutes.
