Fat Burning Breakfasts

I don’t know if it’s because my mom pounded it into my head while I was growing up, or just the fact that I know better, but I’m a huge breakfast guy.

I’m almost obsessive about getting a good, quality breakfast in every day…even when I have donuts (like last Sunday), I still have to get some sort of quality food in my belly.

Fat Burning Foods Day 5 – Raspberries

For today’s edition of fat fighting foods, I’m going to cover another fruit.

Fruit gets a bad rap when it comes to losing fat, and that’s just too bad.  Last week when I wrote the pineapple post I got a lot of emails asking about fruit and fat loss, which prompted me to write a post about it.

Hopefully you’re converted, or never believed the “fruit is bad” hype by now.

Today’s fat burning food is pineapple.

Can you say pineapple?

Sorry, I’ve got a 2 year old ya know and it seems like everything I say or do has to be turned into some sort of learning experience.  Not that I’m complaining, it’s kind of fun to watch kids learn, it just has its carryover effects.

Fat Fighting Foods Day 3 – Black Beans and Tootin’

Beans, beans the magical fruit.  The more you eat, the more you toot!

If you’re a vegetarian, or have tried to be for any length of time, you have no doubt heard of black beans and know the benefits given that they’re usually a staple on the vegetarian and vegan diets.

However, the majority of the public doesn’t know how much of a powerhouse these little puppies are when it comes to a weight loss diet, or nutrition in general.
