Breast Cancer Prevention Through Vigorous Fat Loss Workouts

How was your weekend?

Did you have a nice, fattening Halloween?

I was going to write to you today telling you a few things you could do to get rid of that extra blubber you more than likely gained by eating all your kids’ Halloween candy, but I came across something more important.

Losing fat and getting in shape is about so much more than just looking better naked.

That’s an awesome goal to have, but there’s so much more that I’m trying to instill in you.

I just read an article about a breast cancer study linking vigorous exercise with a decreased risk of breast cancer.

If that doesn’t trip your trigger and make you perk up your ears, I don’t know what will.

The researchers actually found that vigorous exercisers were 30% less likely to develop breast cancer.


This wasn’t just a small study, either.  It followed over 30,000 post-menopausal women for 11 years.

The kicker was that the women needed to regularly partake in vigorous activity, so going for walks with your friends while you can still hold a conversation doesn’t count.

Neither does doing yard work, easy aerobics classes or any other activity where you’re not breathing hard and working.

So you’ve gotta throw away the “pink weights” ladies if you really want to help stave off breast cancer.

Plus, it’ll help you lose fat faster.

All cancers, not just breast cancer are a hideous and horrible disease.

I’ve got lots of cancer and cancer scares in my family from my mother who passed away 6 years ago, to her father who passed away a couple months later to cancer scares with my sisters, as well as other family members and friends.

It’s a horrible disease and any time we can do something to prevent it, we should.  Especially when it’s something that’s as easy as getting in a few minutes of vigorous exercise per day.

All you have to do is follow any of the numerous workouts I give you on a weekly basis (not to mention all the fat loss workouts found in my Fat Loss To Go program).

Those all count as vigorous forms of exercise and they don’t take that long.

It’s time to step it up a notch and help yourself not only lose fat, but stay cancer free.

I’m sure we all know someone who has battled breast cancer, or who is battling breast cancer.  Share this information with them so we can help keep this horrible disease down.
