Today’s podcast is pretty quick. I’m trying to keep these puppies to 20 minutes or less, which is kinda tough for me when I get rolling.
It covers some pretty important topics, though.
One has to do with how you know how much weight to use in your fat loss workouts.
Another very common question I get is why I have add-on workouts and how to effectively use them, so I cover that.
And finally I give you a nutrition assignment. This is something I started doing with my boot camps and it’s gone over pretty well there, so I thought I’d give it a try with you guys.
