Arms for the dudes, booty for the ladies

I’m a total weenie and I’m not afraid to admit it.  Not a weenie in the “skinny weakling who gets sand kicked in his face” sense, but I’m talking about not feeling well.

When I don’t feel well, I’m a total weenie.  I don’t usually get colds or anything like that…until Maren came along.

Kids are walking germ factories and for some reason I’ve caught her cold.

Because of that, I’m a total weenie, plus I think I overdosed on cough drops, if that’s even possible.

How’s that for a whiny way to start a newsletter?

I guess I’ll get to the point.

The most common workout requests I get (aside from abs) are arms workouts for the dudes and booty (butt) workouts for the ladies.

That’s understandable.  Guys want nicer arms so they can show off to their ladies and make other guys tremble in their boots, and ladies want a nicer butt so they can show off to…everyone.

I think I may take a little heat for that comment.

I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to want to work those parts of your body, quite the opposite.

I’ve written quite a few add-on workouts (workouts that are to be done after your regular workout) that target those specific areas.
