I hope all my dads out there had a great Father’s Day yesterday.

Mine was about as good as it could be.

Woke up late (7:15), hung out all morning watching cartoons, ate some donuts (and they tasted gooood!), took a nap, watched some golf and made a quick trip to the pool before heading to my in-laws’ house for dinner.

There’s something very interesting going on with our dinners at my in-laws’. As Maren gets older and my niece gets older…the house gets CRAZY! It’s mostly Maren running around making the noise, but Liston is starting to insert her fair share of noise.

Can’t wait until we have more noise-makers running around. You can take that last sentence as a sincere statement or sarcasm, whichever makes you feel better.

Anyway, I just wanted to send you a quick 10-minute workout video for today.
