		<description>Yep, you do 1 exercise for 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds and move on to the next exercise and do it for 20 seconds...then keep repeating that until 4 minutes is up.

Once that 4 minutes is up, move on to the second pair of exercises and do them in the same way - 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes.
