10 Minute Cardio Workout Using Bodyweight Exercises
When I say the words “cardio workout” to most people, the immediate thoughts are of treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines or running and walking. Something done for an extended period of time and usually unbelievably boring.
But does that really make a good cardio workout?
Do you have to do cardio workouts that way in order to lose weight and get rid of stomach fat?
What if you don’t have a gym membership (or don’t want one) and don’t have the time to head out for a 30 minute run?
Can you do a cardio workout using only your own bodyweight…in less than 10 minutes?
Check this video out to see a great 10 minute bodyweight cardio workout that really kicks your fat burning up a few notches
Have a great day!

Yep, you do 1 exercise for 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds and move on to the next exercise and do it for 20 seconds…then keep repeating that until 4 minutes is up.
Once that 4 minutes is up, move on to the second pair of exercises and do them in the same way – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes.
Hope that helps explain things a little better.
